Shadow

Shadow, the dark figure cast upon a surface by a body intercepting the rays from a Source of light. Soooo…Have you looked at your own shadow lately? Your dark side. You know, that imperfect and faint representation of yourself. The shadow is also defined as, the imitation of something..in other words, it’s defined as a COPY guys.. I will try to keep this short and sweet today. I Promise. Smile. Just know that everything dark isn’t negative..every thing serves a purpose. Change your perspective, enlighten yourselves…that’s illumination. When I think of the word shadow, the word black immediately comes to mind. Who knows why..it just does. A lot of people assume we are all just these lovely light beings but truth be told, no one is all one thing….we’re not 100% shadow or 100% light. I know for sure that I’m not. Rise to the top by being the best version of you. So in saying that, I laugh when people are shocked that I could care less about being their savior. I ruin those fantasies…Why? Because that’s not realistic. I’ve got my own life to live. Look to Source for that, anything else…that’s your shadow side. Bring it into balance by helping yourselves, save yourselves. One must face one’s own Shadow. Stop being afraid of the true, you it includes the shadow too. Guess what? You’re to accept and embrace all parts of you, have fun doing it. I meet my own standards. Bump everyone else’s. Go raise the bar for yourself. Rise to the top, I say, “Be the best you.” Stop trying to be everyone else. Most don’t even like themselves. Look at how they really treat others…that says everything. It’s sad but that’s the real them. Leave that mess to Source. I can’t focus on what others are doing because that’s not what I’m here for. I’m human enjoying my experiences and learning my lessons, so should you all. Don’t allow others to burden you with their issues…Of course, it’s great to help out if/when you can but don’t you dare go carrying another’s burdens. It depletes you. They must do the work on themselves too. We’re to learn from our past, not, bring forth its sorrows. They’re lessons only. Cherish, honor those memories but continue forward movement.
